The idea
A wedding studio's work spans months and a dozen hand-offs: enquiry, pitch, quote, contract, advance, planning, shoot days, post-production, delivery. Each hand-off is where money and goodwill leak. We built one platform that carries a client from first message to final delivery.
The full flow
- AI sales bot on WhatsApp and Instagram. Handles new enquiries around the clock — pitches the studio's work, upsells packages, collects solid contact details, and files a lead complete with AI-written notes on the whole conversation.
- Sales toolkit. Quotations auto-filled from service templates, multiple quotation versions per client, a client portal, digital contract signing and advance collection — the project can't start until the paperwork has.
- Phased production tracking. Pre-production, production and post-production task boards, fully customisable payment schedules, and invoice generation.
- Shoot-day view. A mobile-friendly on-site screen with the day's checklist and a running commentary of everything that happens.
